Assembling Line
The assembling line could be a very flexible design, to meeting different space area, different efficiency requirement and different quality requirement.It could be simple,T type, I type and chain convey type, and be equipped with presetting and load testing machine on line.

There is a center pressing device equipped with each assembly station. The pressing device could be adjusted according to the thickness of leaf spring assembly.

|
After finishing center-bolt assembly, manually move the carriage together with spring assembly to the middle between two assembly stations. There is a lifting device to lift the spring assembly, then the spring assembly be clamped by stepping pawl device, then the lifting device and carriage fall down, the spring assembly was taken from the middle position and moved forward.

|
|
Equipped with one set of 30ton pre-setting machine, which is located at 3000mm from stepping device.
|
|
|
The unloading section is equipped with connecting platform.
